By using the Site you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site. It does not apply to information collected offline, in our clinic, or through third-party platforms that we use to schedule appointments or communicate with clients. Protected health information that we create or receive as a health care provider is governed by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices and by applicable law, including the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) where it applies. Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our analytics providers automatically collect certain technical information, which may include your IP address, approximate geographic location derived from it, browser type and version, device type, operating system, screen resolution, referring website, the pages you view, the time and duration of your visit, and similar usage data. This information is collected through cookies, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies.
Booking information. Appointment scheduling is handled by Jane Software Inc. ("Jane App") on a separate website. Information you enter there is collected by Jane App on our behalf and is subject to Jane App's own privacy policy in addition to our Notice of Privacy Practices.
3. Cookies and Analytics
We use the following third-party service to understand how visitors use the Site:
- Google Analytics 4, provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers to measure traffic and usage. You can learn how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. If you disable cookies, the Site will still function. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals because there is no common industry standard for them. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.

- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, in which case the recipient will be bound by this Privacy Policy.
- With your consent or at your direction.
6. Data Retention
We retain analytics data for the default retention periods set by our analytics providers. We retain communications you send us for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, maintain our records, and comply with legal obligations. Clinical records are retained in accordance with California law and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
