These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of movelabla.com (the "Site"), which is owned and operated by MOVE LAB LA PHYSICAL THERAPY INC. ("MOVE LAB," "we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Informational Purposes Only; No Medical Advice

The content on the Site, including text, images, video, and descriptions of our services, is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a consultation with a qualified health care professional. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on the Site. 2. No Provider-Patient Relationship

Using the Site, reading its content, or contacting us through the phone number or email address listed on the Site does not create a physical therapist-patient, clinician-patient, or other professional relationship between you and MOVE LAB or any of its clinicians. A professional relationship is formed only after you have been accepted as a client and have completed our intake and consent process.

3. Appointment Booking and Third-Party Services

Online appointment scheduling is provided through a third-party platform operated by Jane Software Inc. ("Jane App"). When you click a booking link you leave the Site, and your use of that platform is governed by Jane App's own terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of Jane App or any other third-party website or service linked from the Site, including social media platforms. Links are provided for convenience and do not constitute an endorsement.

4. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

5. Permitted Use

You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided you keep all copyright and proprietary notices intact. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOVE LAB AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CLINICIANS, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100). THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND IT DOES NOT LIMIT ANY LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE CLINICAL SERVICES WE PROVIDE TO YOU UNDER A SEPARATE AGREEMENT.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MOVE LAB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

12. Changes to the Site and These Terms

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MOVE LAB regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements on that subject. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
